- As the chicken and potatoes does not reflect to be an expensive or very fine dish, the decision is to go for an average wine instead of picking a expensive one. Vermentino is the choice for a refined palate. Sabbia Vermentino Di Sardegna is a crisp, vibrant white wine from Sardinia, Italy. It features a pale straw color and aromas of citrus, green apple, and white flowers. On the palate, enjoy lively acidity with flavors of lemon zest, pear, and a touch of minerality. With its medium body and clean, refreshing finish, this wine pairs beautifully with seafood, light pasta, and salads—making it a versatile choice for any occasion.https://www.amazon.com.au/Sabbia-Vermentino-Di-Sardegna-750ml/dp/B0DBSX2S8F?crid=39GLW03FO7RBN&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.-Eaq_9AcmQSxXyW8xP5cGKPi_fNWQCUZlToARAht9G5EZ7S2ELk32YuDYmc8VpEwcyEsdPlNPRs2IyGyM2YDODB5BPCmLpisJ85-cQyZqb16k8YtPYa4yPTzHoZG59bdG3MVPax5nef6ky0ltqJpdMOYRuDQdVNiQLNrHq32NXxWeifA2S2TRr2oJe7xBf8w0IyhMXhsBkCXM6wYIknXXmGDeXTwktrSAqh9dufsHMRVHg8NNedrpW6xN5Ve2Qb44jnll6Z1WDKWPgSHH4tySJbyncJ396VO2Woi8_VN6Ws.j-KBHLOaK9OLsgun-TNJwaSFHBTgfNCAweL4oycxulc&dib_tag=se&keywords=vermentino+wine+white&qid=1752452472&sprefix=vermentin%2Caps%2C368&sr=8-3&linkCode=ll1&tag=tastehomereci-22&linkId=63e8115b57e466ffacbeaf553f29c069&language=en_AU&ref_=as_li_ss_tl
- As usual I also would like to offer a cheaper version to still give the opportunity to taste a good wine with great food. An alternative to the Vermentino is the Sauvignon Blanc which soften a light fruit flavour to a distinctive palate. Grant Burge Gb19 Sauvignon Blanc White Wine has lifted fruit aromas of peach nectarine, and citrus. Soft fruit driven flavours of peach, pineapple, melon and citrus with a crisp acidity and lingering finish.https://www.amazon.com.au/Grant-Burge-Sauvignon-Blanc-White/dp/B0BL7SM718?crid=39GLW03FO7RBN&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.-Eaq_9AcmQSxXyW8xP5cGKPi_fNWQCUZlToARAht9G5EZ7S2ELk32YuDYmc8VpEwcyEsdPlNPRs2IyGyM2YDODB5BPCmLpisJ85-cQyZqb16k8YtPYa4yPTzHoZG59bdG3MVPax5nef6ky0ltqJpdMOYRuDQdVNiQLNrHq32NXxWeifA2S2TRr2oJe7xBf8w0IyhMXhsBkCXM6wYIknXXmGDeXTwktrSAqh9dufsHMRVHg8NNedrpW6xN5Ve2Qb44jnll6Z1WDKWPgSHH4tySJbyncJ396VO2Woi8_VN6Ws.j-KBHLOaK9OLsgun-TNJwaSFHBTgfNCAweL4oycxulc&dib_tag=se&keywords=vermentino%2Bwine%2Bwhite&qid=1752452472&sprefix=vermentin%2Caps%2C368&sr=8-11&th=1&linkCode=ll1&tag=tastehomereci-22&linkId=0d0727deede64a6cfe75fcd1ab88b09a&language=en_AU&ref_=as_li_ss_tl
