  1. 1. Get the chicken drumsticks, put them in a bowl to be ready to marinate
    8-10 pieces Chicken drumsticks

  2. 2. Add olive oil, salt, pepper and Italian herbs
    3 tbsp olive oil, 20 g salt, 5 g black pepper, 5 g Italian herbs
  3. 3. Pre-heat oven at 200℃
  4. 4. Mix together until they blend with the drumsticks to be covered by the ingredients
  5. 5. Toss chicken and potatoes in the oil mixture until evenly coated.
  6. 6. Arrange chicken and potatoes on a baking tray, skin-side up. Optionally, add lemon slices around the tray.

  7. 9. Roast for 40–45 minutes, turning potatoes halfway through, until chicken is cooked through (internal temp 75°C / 165°F) and potatoes are golden.
  8. 10. Serve hot, garnished with extra rosemary or parsley. Buon Appetito!
