  • 500 g chicken breast cut into strips
  • 2 medium zucchinis sliced
  • 2 bell peppers red & yellow sliced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add onion & garlic, sautรฉ for 2 minutes until fragrant.
