- Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.4 tbsp olive oil

- Add chicken strips, season with salt & pepper, and cook until golden brown.500 g chicken breast
- Pour in white wine (optional), let it evaporate.

- Cook for 10โ12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until veggies are tender but not mushy.
